Refund Policy

At Medbuddy Academy, we value transparency, fairness, and accountability in all our processes. Our refund policy is designed to protect both our students and the integrity of our training programs. Please review the policy carefully before registering.

1. Refunds Requested 48 Hours Before Class Start

  • Students may request a refund up to 48 hours before the official start date of their class.
  • A ₦25,000 processing fee will be deducted from the amount paid.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the student.

2. Refunds Requested Within 48 Hours of Class Start (Before Class Commences)

  • No refund will be issued once the class is within 48 hours of starting.
  • Students who cannot attend may request to defer to a future cohort, subject to availability.
  • A ₦25,000 no-show fee must be paid before the transfer can be confirmed.

3. After the Class Has Started

  • Once a class has officially commenced, no refunds or transfers will be permitted.
  • Students must either continue with their registered cohort or forfeit their tuition fees.
